Service Description:

Respite
care for adults living with dementia, Alzheimer’s Disease and physical
disabilities * assists in maintaining or
improving mental and emotional well-being and enabling people to remain
within their home environment * a period of
caregiver relief and opportunity to
gain information and skills to support the caregiver role
Includes:
- meals
- personal care and medication assistance
- pastoral care and church services available
- referrals to relevant community services as required
- physical, social and mental activities and activities of daily living
