Service Description: Law students, under professional supervision, assist older adults with legal issues, such as Wills, Powers of Attorney, issues surrounding substitute-decision making and educational seminars * intake meetings will be conducted in person

Telephone/emails are checked twice a day * this is not an emergency service

Eligibility / Target Population: Low income seniors * financial eligibility is based on Ontario Legal Aid guidelines
