Service Description: Community mental health crisis program * multi-disciplinary team responds to crisis calls to provide emergency mental health intervention in the form of assessments, referrals, short-term crisis resolution or information * the team has access to clinical and technical resources

Outreach services are provided weekly by appointment in: 
  • Picton
  • Bancroft
  • Madoc
  • Trenton

Fees: Most fees are covered by a valid Ontario Health Card

Eligibility / Target Population: Adults 16 years of age and older experiencing a psychiatric, emotional, psychosocial or situational crisis requiring an immediate, short-term intervention
