Day program which can include (as needed) physiotherapy * occupational therapy * speech and language pathology * nursing * recreation therapy * dietitian and pharmacy consultations can be arranged * services are tailored to the needs of the individual clients and caregivers

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Individuals needing neuro rehabilitation or needing more than one rehab to help improve their independence to live safely where they live such as people with strokes and other neurological problems such as Parkinson's Disease * Multiple Sclerosis * head injuries * or no specific diagnosis who may be falling or have difficulties managing due to weakness
