Patient transportation for persons that require an escorted wheelchair or transfers by stretcher * transportation can be provided to and from any location or function in Ontario or out of Province * staff accompany the patient and will accommodate a family member or escort

Set fee * dependent on distance and the extra services required * fee reduction may be available
May qualify for coverage through Ontario Disability Support program * Blue Cross * Workplace Safety & Insurance Board
