Service Description: Services offered include:

Emergency Assistance - food * diapers * baby food * limited clothing needs and in some cases within certain limits, transportation assistance in emergency situations

Christmas Assistance - provided for those who struggle financially at this time of year whether due to disability or financial circumstance

Friend to Friend Large Appliance and Furniture Exchange
- large appliance and furniture referral service * program refers those in need to those looking to give away large items * clients may leave their name and phone number and they will be contacted when their items become available from a donor * must be able to make pick-up arrangements

Emergency and Christmas Assistance: application form, identification, birth certificate for everyone in household
