Service Description:
|
Adult day program
- social recreational and therapeutic activities for seniors and adults who are frail, cognitively impaired, and/or isolated, and/or physically challenged
- helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care
- noon meal and snack are provided
- assistance to make transportation arrangements
