Service Description:	Personal support services provided by personal support workers in home 24 hours a day, seven days a week as needed  bathing dressing feeding minimal homemaking services are provided as well as specific delegated tasks

Application:	Referral is required for Ontario Health atHome patients * self referrals are accepted for private pay clients * private pay services based on staff availability
Eligibility / Target Population:	Older adults and people with disabilities, who need physical, social, or emotional supports
