Service Description:	Safe and affordable housing with flexible supports * home living arrangements may include: recreational and group programming assessment and life skills and social skills individualized case planning assistance in preparing the individual to make successful transition back home or to a more independent living environment referrals to other community resources as required Cooperative Housing Youthab also has several homes for more independent youth with varying degrees of support available
