Market rent and rent geared to income apartments * subsidized by the City of Kingston Social Housing Department * Zion United Church congregational chapel and the multi-purpose common hall are onsite for tenant use

Set fee * market rent or rent geared to income which is thirty percent of gross monthly income and $30 each month for utilities

Rent geared to income tenancy referrals go through the Central Housing Registry * market rent tenant applications are accepted at the building's office
