Service Description: Community-based support and rehabilitation services to adults living with the effects of an acquired brain injury * support for older adults, and adults with disabilities * helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible * referral to other community services

Adult Day Program - Social, recreational, and therapeutic activities, for people with acquired brain injury, in a group setting for part of the day * supports family caregivers who provide day-to-day care

Peer Support - Connects a volunteer with an acquired brain injury patient to provide support

Advocacy - For people with an acquired brain injury who are at a loss, turning point, stuck by a barrier, or in need of a place that is safe to discuss issues * advocates can support them to work through issues and achieve results by providing links to resources and navigators within our respective communities

Education and Awareness - Supports for people with acquired brain injury or traumatic brain injury who may not have had the benefit of contact with the medical profession and primary care professionals

Fees: Free, unless social and recreational has a fee
