Service Description: Serves youth between ages 9-24 experiencing difficulties in any area of their life * as well as treatment and referral services for substance use and abuse * outreach substance use and abuse counselling is available at all schools in Kingston and Frontenac County and elementary schools in Kingston Frontenac Lennox and Addington counties

Fees: This organization is funded by the United Way, School Board, Ministry of Children and Youth.
Application: A referral is not required. Teenagers can request the service through their school.Waiting Period: The waiting period is an average less than two weeks.
Eligibility / Target Population: To be eligible clients must be a youth, family or concerned persons.
