Come out and learn how to keep a good footing on life and stop falls before they stop you!
9 Week program will run every Tuesday from January 31 to March 28th at the Home Support Activity Centre.
Transportation may be available pending demand.
You MUST REGISTER for the program and transportation requests.
Space is limited to 20 participants.
