ConnexOntario  is a Government funded information and referral service for people experiencing problems with alcohol, drugs, mental illness and/or gambling. For more information, contact 1-866-531-2600.

Community Mental Health Programs provide a variety of services to help support people who have serious and ongoing mental health, addiction and gambling issues. Services include resources, referrals, advocacy, case management, crisis intervention, counselling, residential housing advocacy, rehabilitation, vocational and employment assistance, support groups, social and recreational opportunities, peer and family support, and court diversion.

Mental Health Promotion Services offer a variety of programs that promote and maintain healthy minds. Programs aim to develop self-esteem, overcome mental health adversity such as stress or trauma, ensuring healthy relationships with friends and family and encouraging healthy attitudes.
