Frozen Meals - Rural Hastings

Frozen meal services are for anyone who needs help preparing meals. This may be a suitable option for people who are unable to obtain or prepare adequate meals due to illness, disability, frailty, isolation, etc. Special dietary meals such as diabetic, low fat, low salt, renal, and puréed are also available.

Frozen, prepared meals are also available from most grocery stores and specialty kitchens.
