Palliative Pain and Symptom Management Consultation Programs - Lanark, Leeds & Grenville

Pain and symptom management are an essential component in the delivery of hospice palliative care. The Palliative Pain and Symptom Management Consultation Program provides health care providers with access to consultation, education, mentorship, and referral resources.
