Service Description:

Sports and wellness centre for all ages and stages * a variety of paid fitness programs * free special interest programs * the main pool and therapy pool are open for public/family/senior swims and aquafitness classes * pickleball and table tennis are being offered
Adult and Therapeutic Programs
- Health and wellness classes, as well as, therapeutic programs are offered daily * pickleball and table tennis at a lower participant number * pool programs and therapy pool
