Service Description:

12-week program for older adults that will help clients stay strong, on their feet, healthy and injury-free- pre- and post-assessments
- balance and strength exercises adapted to ability
- knowledge to keep clients on their feet
- information on healthy lifestyles and safety
- socialization and fun with others
- sessions are led by regulated staff
