Service Description:

Respite care to families with a child or adult who is developmentally or physically disabled or at risk due to economic or cognitive limitations * case management for families with children/youth with complex needs * assistance for families with the application and administration of special funding for respite care * specialized year-round recreational programming
Services offered:
- In and out of home relief;
- Homework assistance;
- Physical activities and sports;
- Seasonal recreation programs;
- Residential respite component for children and adults in the Respite Homes, short-term stays up to 10 days;
- Social recreation programming for youth and adults who are finished school;
- Weekend getaways to hotels with staff;
- Saturday programs;
- Evening clubs;
- March Break Programs;
- seven week Summer Day Camp;
- Summer Youth Social Recreation Program;
- Share Care Residential Program : independent living with in-house support;
Specialized Programming to meet the needs of children with ASD is offered year round
