Service Description:
|
Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for people with Alzheimer's disease or related dementia and the frail elderly in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care
- activation and social activities on an individual or group basis, tailored, to the needs of participants
- qualified staff providing supervision and care in a safe and comfortable environment
- assistance with daily living tasks
- nutritious lunch and breaks
