Service Description:
|
Group Homes - eight homes located in Port Hope and Cobourg for 42 individuals.
Supported Independent Living Program - assists clients in meeting their individual goals by working with social service programs and related organizations to obtain other needed supports. SIL program addresses accommodation, financial, health care, social, employment and case management.
Day Activities - a fee-for-service program that is available to adults with developmental disabilities. During each 13 week program, 9 to 10 activities per week are offered which may include lunch club, arts and crafts, music programs, games and outings into the community.
