Service Description: Community mental health agency * services and programs to people who are experiencing mental health and/or addiction issues

Hoarding Intervention Program - Works in partnering with United Counties of Leeds and Grenville and their Homelessness Prevention Initiative to develop strategies with people to address hoarding behaviour and help identify personal goals and provide the tools necessary to address safety and health within their home


Fees: Most services are free
Application: All services accept self-referrals except Psychiatry * Psychiatry requires a referral from a family physician * all referrals for any location go through Centralized Intake 613-342-2262 or 1-866-499-8445
