Service Description: Community based recreation and leisure programs that promote skill development and healthy active lifestyles * may include day trips, community activities and learning new skills

Program also available for people with acquired brain injury to establish new social relationships, build new skills, self esteem and be themselves * may include community activities, day trips, volunteering

Application: Call * no referral required
Eligibility / Target Population: Aults 18 years and older with a developmental disability * 16 years of age and older with an ABI * or dual diagnosis (both a developmental disability and mental health or behaviour challenge)
