Foot Care - for clients who have limited income and are unable to care for their feet * includes nail care and light callus reduction

Primary Care Provider required for High Risk Chiropody, health provider or self referral for foot care

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Foot Care: Limited income and unable to care for for ones feet
Chiropody: Clients with diabetes, vascular disease, other complex illness presenting with foot ulcerations or imminent foot ulcerations
