Service Description: Respite care to families with a child or adult who is developmentally or physically disabled or at risk due to economic or cognitive limitations * case management for families with children/youth with complex needs * assistance for families with the application and administration of special funding for respite care * specialized year-round recreational programming

Services offered:
  • In and out of home relief;
  • Homework assistance;
  • Physical activities and sports;
  • Seasonal recreation programs;
  • Residential respite component for children and adults in the Respite Homes, short-term stays up to 10 days;
  • Social recreation programming for youth and adults who are finished school;
  • Weekend getaways to hotels with staff;
  • Saturday programs;
  • Evening clubs;
  • March Break Programs;
  • seven week Summer Day Camp;
  • Summer Youth Social Recreation Program;
  • Share Care Residential Program : independent living with in-house support;

Specialized Programming to meet the needs of children with ASD is offered year round
