Service Description:

Home Care Physiotherapy services are provided through referrals from Ontario Health atHome. Rehabilitation Assistants are available to support treatment in the home setting.
Therapists are regulated with the College of Physiotherapy of Ontario and are Assistive Devices Program authorizers.
