Service Description: Medical care team focused on family and community health * coordinates patient care in order to assess and treat injuries or illness * team includes family doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners, dietitian, and social worker

  • preventative care * colorectal cancer screening, immunizations, flu shots, paps and mammograms

  • phlebotomy (specimen collection / blood drawing) services on-site
  • episodic acute care is provided to summer residents and visitors on triage basis
