Addiction Services - Outpatient treatment
 
Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) - Interprofessional team providing high intensity services in the community
 
Case Management - Case management to individuals with serious mental health conditions and their significant others
 
Comprehensive Integrated Housing - Residential program that provides in-house inter-disciplinary clinical treatment and support
 
Court Support/Mental Health Diversion Programs - Post-charge advocacy and linkage to agency and community supports for individuals diagnosed with serious mental health and/or addiction concerns who commit minor offences
 
Crisis Services - Crisis intervention line connecting individuals in need 24/7 to immediate support * staffed by mental health professionals
 
Family Resource Centre - Educational materials and information about local resources to family members of individuals with mental health concerns as well as to the general public, other agencies, and professionals
 
Transitional Case Management - Case management to individuals with serious mental health conditions and their significant others for up to 16 weeks
