Service Description:

In-Home occupational therapy services to enable clients to safely participate in daily activities of self-care, work and leisure
Services may include home safety assessments, mobility prescriptions through the Assistive Devices Program and work site ergonomic assessments * the children's program assists children in the school with special needs

Set fee * may be covered when referred by Ontario Health atHome
|

Call * no referral required for private pay services * referrals are also received through Ontario Health atHome
